Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sarees, dupattas, or garments bought on sale or discount

  • Products with minor color variation (due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography)

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

  • Customized or stitched products (if applicable)

Refund Policy

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed

  • Refunds are issued only after quality check approval

  • Refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days

🚚 Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only in case of damaged or incorrect products

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
