At AnitaJainFashion, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India

  • International shipping (if applicable) will be mentioned separately on the product or checkout page

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are clearly displayed at checkout

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees will be mentioned before order confirmation

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes only

  • AnitaJainFashion reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations

Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or video

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you as per their resolution process

Undelivered / Returned Shipments

  • If an order is returned due to reasons such as customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges
