Shipping — every order is tracked and ships within 24 hours on working days. Free above ₹1,999; a flat ₹99 below. Most of India in 3–6 days; remote pincodes a few days more. Bridal and made-to-order pieces show their own timeline on the listing. Exchanges — not right? Message us within 7 days of delivery. Unworn, tags on, fall and pico untouched, and we arrange the pickup. Exchange for another piece or a credit note; refunds for faults or wrong items. Cash on delivery — available for most pincodes, with a small fee shown at checkout.
