Only the following circumstances qualify your purchase for a refund or replacement: -If the wrong product or an erroneous product was delivered to you, meaning that it does not match the item description listed on the website.

-If there is a real manufacturing or quality flaw in the item you receive.

Please take some time to learn about how our items are manufactured before requesting an exchange. Each of our products is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans in rural India, giving each one a distinct variation from the others.

Within 72 hours after delivery, send the following information by email to anitajainfashions@gmail.com if your purchase satisfies the above-mentioned return requirements.

Give your order number and the specific reason you’re returning the item. If the item is faulty or inaccurate, give us a photo of it at anitajainfashions@gmail.com

In some cases, if we are unable to send you a replacement for the goods you ordered, we will let you know and then process your refund. A credit for the amount paid will appear in the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will only be given in the form of credit coupons or PayTM wallet balances.

About Refund & Timelines

Refunds must be handled through the original payment channel. Within 7 business days of receiving the refund request, we will complete the refund. Orders that were paid for with cash on delivery (COD) will only receive refunds in the form of credit coupons or PayTM wallet balances.
